Im did some light cardio this morning after my workout. Just 20 min...I have never done it. Anyway Im 29, 205 lbs, 20% BF. Ready to cut it off (i used to have a 6pack)

So there are a few different calculations to get MHR

220 - age = MHR so.... MHR=191

Or could I just run like a MOFO on the treadmill and see how high I can get it ?

So the "Fat burning Zone" is 65-70% of MHR correct?

From that is looking like I should shoot for about 130 beat per min. And keep that going for 45-60 min?
