    "Insanity" workout with Clen

    Hey guys. I just got my clen and am looking to shed body fat. I'm going to combine cardio and a diet to do this, and the cardio I am looking to do is the SHAUN T Insanity program..It is a hard intense cardio workout, lasting from 30-60 minutes. I was curious to see if anyone has done it while on clen and their results. I do the dvd's because I'm t he kind of guy who needs to be pushed. After the INSANITY program, I will go into p90x, which I have done before and was happy with the results.

    Has anyone tried this program on clen? Results if you have? Thanks!!!!!!!!

    From the clen experience point of view I would not reccomend that. Once you get up in the dosage like 80-120 mcg, your hr will start to go up and I dont think its a good idea with your INSANITY training to push you heart any harder.

    Remember, to burn bf you need to keep your hr in the fat burning zone ( 220 - age x 65% ) for a minimum of 30-45 min to be effective. So if you train like and INSANE beast for 30-60 min while on clen, theres now way your hr will be where you need it to be..
