    New Workout - Critique Please

    5 day a week plan .. unsure about this please make some suggestions .. thanks! I am trying to bulk up a bit and i know diet is key so please don't tell me to post that .. just want help with my workout routine! .. i didn't post an arms workout because im pretty confident about that my arms are my strong point so i am more concerned about everything else .. especially chest! thanks for any help, cheers.

    Chest/Abs ..barbell bothers me now so i don't use them at all

    Flat DB Bench [3 x 4-6]
    Incline DB Bench [3 x 8-10]
    Cable Flys [3 x 10-12]
    Dips [2 x 15]
    Abs

    Back
    ----------------------
    Deadlifts [3x10]
    Barbell Rows(palms facing up) [3 x 10]
    Seated Rows [3 x 10]
    Pull-Ups [3 x 10]

    Legs/Abs
    -----------------
    Squats [4 x 10-12]
    Lunges [3 x 8-10]
    Leg Curls [3 x 8-10]
    Calve Raises [3 x 8-10]

    Shoulders
    -----------------
    Military Press [3 x 6-8]
    Upright Row [3 x 8-10]
    Lateral Raise [2 x 10]
    Shrugs [3 x 12-15]


    Arms/Abs

    Umm looks pretty good..except you probably not going to wanna do deadlift and the squats the next day,

    if i waz you id hit up

    legs-->chest-->back-->shoulders/tris-->bis

    so you have one day rest in between deadlift and squat..chest and shoulders/tries..and back and bis...

    AGREE 100%

    but yes i think your workout and choice of exercises are great

    only thing id change is

    id do t bar bent over rows instead of seated row

    alwise everything looks good
