On keto need a Cutting workout plan
Im doing the keto diet im on day 3, I was wondering if anyone can help me with a good cutting workout.
Im already doing 30-45 mins of cardio a day sometimes twice a day.
started at 307lbs now at 297lbs

I think at that weight...without any other stats...you are doing the exact right thing to cut or lose weight. Cardio will be key along with a proper diet.

you will need to start resistance trianing soon or you'll end up with a lot of loose skin. idk why people feel they need to change thier workout when they change diets. lift heavy and save the cardio for after your workout.

just do a 3/4 day split on top of your cardio. there are 1 million routines you will be able to find. You MUST do weights when your cutting.
