Difference in training while on/off a cycle
Do you keep it the same, or cut down the rest days? Perhaps add even more? Here is what I currently and doing.
Chest/Bi
Legs
Rest
Shoulders/Tri
Back
Rest
Rest
I'm 23, 210 pounds, unknown body fat but I'm not a chubby. I'm wondering exactly what you do that is different while on a cycle. More volume, more rest, less rest, etc?

Your workout can still stay the same on or off cycle try having a days rest after a hardcore workout like this -
mon: chest/tri's
tue: rest
wed: back/bi's
thu: rest
fri: legs/shoul
sat: rest
sun: rest
etc
As long as you hit the weights hard this should be suffient.
