    Search up oblique twists, side leg raises and in general OBLIQUE exercises....

    is this a serious thread

    maybe im wrong but this is the workout section. so if im asking the best way to shape wouldn't this be the right section??

    My bad, for some reason I thought this was in a different forum. So..are you looking to get your obliques muscular or drop the love handles? Your statements and your thread title suggest two different things.

    You can't spot reduce, it's the biggest myth there is. If you want to stay the same bf percentage and do all this core work, as was recommended before your waist will get bigger.

    Lose fat all over, no other way. Short of lipo or something of course...
