    Evening Out

    I have a problem with my left side being a little smaller than my right with almost every major muscle group (shoulder, biceps, triceps, calves).

    I usually try to do an extra set for the smaller left side muscle groups.

    What else should I do to even out and be more symmetrical?

    It could be a host of things but it could be a bilateral deficit. This is when one limb is stronger and more coordinated than the other. It is very common. Do you notice this? This can be corrected by working each side separately. For instance, doing dumbbell curls with your weak arm for a set, then working the other arm. This could be followed by using both arms in a barbell curl...
