    whats the best way

What is the best way to workout/training split??
    1 body part per week?

I was thinking of trying a 4 day split

    mon: chest/shoulders/tris - high reps 12-16
    tues: back/legs/bis - high reps 12-16
    wedff
thurs: full body workout - rep range 6-12
    fri: off
sat: full body - low rep 3-5

Has ne one tried this split before? and what training do u find is best?

The best way is to alternate between HIT(or DC type) and high volume. The workout you posted looks pretty bad and would prob be overtraining. Below is a sample of a volume workout.
Mon-chest 12 overall sets (Flat bench, DB Incline, Cable crossovers)
Tue-Back 12-16sets (Pull downs, Standing bent rows, Sitting D bar Rows, reverse lat pull
Wed- Legs ( Squats, 1 at a time leg press, extensions, curls, calves
Thurs- Shoulders(Military, side lat raises, front raises
    Fri- Arms (Bis, tris)

For the HIT routine look under the sticky called VARIOUS TRAINING TECHNIQUES and read the workout called IRON MAN HIT.

keep us posted how it goes. This type of training seems to do wonders for people stuck in a rut. Would love to hear more posative feedback to confirm

I know people will say my workout is too much. But.....
On the morning's I feel like it:
    Cardio
    Calf's
    Forearms
    Abs

    At night:
    Mon: Chest and tries
    Tue:Bies and back
    Wens:Shoulders and legs
    Thursff
    Fri:Chest and tries
Sat:Bies and a Lighter back workout
    Sun:Off

I am home all day and only leave here and there. I live a very easy life. I have done one muscle a day. I switched to two muscles a day and seen big improvments.
