okay at the moment i am training 3/4 days a week, i change my routine every 6 weeks too, so far it goes.
monday: chest/bicep
wednesday:shoulders/traps
friday:back/triceps
and i do legs eather tuesday or thursday
sat/sunday:rest
i was looking into this week but was wondering if it was over training as im not on steroid etc.
monday:chest and 2 tricep exercise
tuesday:back and 2 bicep exercise
wednesday:shoulders and legs
thursday:biceps and 2 back workouts
friday:triceps and 2 chest exercie
sat/sunday:rest
if you could post up some new weekly programmes that i could try i would also be gratefull.
