    Japansese study on fatloss

I've seen several threads/post were people claiming that 60 min cardio ALLWAYS will burn more fat then 2x 30 min, here's a study from Japan on the subject.

Two half-hour jogging sessions more effective than one whole hour

Interesting article. I noticed they mentioned the 1st group was as 60% output while the 2nd sesssion group it did not indicate what their intensity was. I would have also like to see the results more in a real word setting (6-10 hours apart) as opposed to a 20 minute break between sessions.

After looking at the graphs again I see where the 2 sessions per day group had burned more fat than the 1 session per day group when each hit the 30 minute mark. This would really lead me to conclude the 2 session per day group was at a higher intensity as the workout timing was exactly the same up until this point. As a person who does two sessions a day I am not by any means discounting the effectiveness of it I just think the study had quite a few abstracts which seem to have been selectively left out.
