Couple workout questions.
Stats:
30yo
5-9
175
Bf % 12-14%
training hard for 2-3 years now
Knowledge is good but not great
2 cycles, test/deca with proper pct
So i have a couple question about my routine, a certain excerise, and one workout regionmin.
1. My routine is as follows, just need to know if it the days need to be switched up or not. I have to have my two days off this way, because those are my 12 hour shifts at work.
monday legs
tuesday chest
wed back
thurs off
friday shoulders
sat arms
sunday off
I will throw cardio in after workouts, i am going to try early morning empty stomach soon though. So hows this look??
second question is, my deadlifts. I am pretty well rounded with my lifts. Feel that i train each muscle to my full ablity, but my dead lifts seem weak from what ive seen in the gym and on here.
Heres my lifts.
Flat bench 230 5-6x
incline 200 6x
Squats 275 6-8x
Bent over bb rows 145 6x
bb curls 95 6x
so those are some lifts. But my deadlifts i am stuggling on 225. Ive seen guys here about my stats, doing 285-300. How do i gain more strength for my deads?
Thrid question is on a full body workout. If you were to do a full body workout would you do 3 sets on one muscle group then move on to the next and 3 more, and so on? Or would you do 1 set of each and make a roatation around until you have done 3 sets of everything??
Thanks Guys!

As far as your routine... the days are good, you will easily get the machines for legs on a monday lol.
For you deadlifts... What part of the lift are you having trouble with? It could be your legs are too weak to get the first part, your lower back, your arms, grip.... there could be a lot of things that could be hindering your deads.
I dont do full body so I can't help you

First make sure your dead lift technique is good:

Then be honest with yourself on what you think it is. A lot of people its bad form followed by weak lower back. If its your back you need to make back extensions part of your workouts and take them seriously.
If you think its your legs I would get serious about leg presses since your squat is good.

Thanks guys, and the problem (after watching the video) with deads is maybe going to fast through them and after cherrydrpepper brought it up, i actually think its my lower back. I rarely do back extensions, but now its definately going to be part of my routine. I dont think its my legs, im getting 7-8 45's on each side when i do presses. My quads and hams are probablly the strongest muscles right now.
thanks guys for the help!
