When do you guys do your cardio while bulking ?
When does every do cardio when there bulking ? I have been doing it on my rest days and/or a few hours after my work outs after I have a protein shake and pwo meal.
I would prefer to do it right after I get done lifting but have been told that it will effect my gains . Is this true ? even when on a cycle ?

At the end of the workout is the best time, at least what I thought.
My cardio has been almost non existent until recently, but I get some from work and walking the dog for long periods a few times a week.
I have just started to add some on at the end of every workout and on off days too. Have to get this little bit of fat off.

I have only been doing 5-10 mins before weights but it's more of a warm up for weights.. When I bulk I drop the cardio but am starting to feel guilty so probably add it in on rest days. I'm not a fan of doing it after weights.

My personal experience keep cardio after workouts to 30 minutes..at 65-70 of max heart rate...Does not effect my gains at all..Just follow with post workout drink/protein imediately after cardio... Personally during bulk I may do a few cardio days...sometimes I go weeks without cardio...

I fit my cardio on my rest days, i also keep my heart rate about 65-75% of my max heart rate. I usually do about 45 mins and it works quite well for me.

Personally i do my weights first then straight away have a protein shake (with water at the gym) then head to the cardio
