    Need to burn fat, gain muscle!

    34 male
    16% bf
    training 8 years
    5'9"
    210 lbs
    1st cycle (3 yrs ago): deca /sust (gained 26lbs, kept a good portion)
    Goal- Lose 10-15 lbs fat and gain muscle mass
    Diet 4000 clean cal, 220-300 protien, low carb, low fat

    I have testp and npp I have been stockpiling, I was thinking (but open to citicism):

    1-10 npp 75mg ed (525 p/wk)
    1-11 testp 75mg ed (525 p/wk)
    2-11 hcg shot e2d for 750iu/wk
    Question is I have liquid letro, should i run throughout? and when? week 1-8? (prone to gyno)

    PCT start 3rd day after last pin
    clomid/nolva

    I have been doing some research on the best way to get the best of both worlds (lose fat, gain muscle) and came up with the following:

    5 days a week cardio 1st thing on empty stomach, 20-30 min on tread, elip,and abs,abs,abs

    4 day split M,T,T,F heavy and hard weights

    I am open to opinions...please.

    npp? I'm unfamiliar with this compound explain it to me if you would.

    Anyway, you want to gain muscle, loose fat. Anavar baby at in 60mgs for 4-8 weeks somewhere in that cycle and it can do that .
