Leg Press form - lock out?
Hi I never lock out on leg press but see some people do this, some pros even. I keep just a little bit of bend in my leg at the extension. Is there any reason to lock out or is it personal preference?

Agreed, you are only looking for injury. Im always afraid of hyper extension with lock out.

I've got a machine for leg press. Not ideal, but i get full range of motion, I can target the number of reps to failure, and no pressure on my shoulders/neck or back. Dam I hate getting old!
