critique my 5 day split
Hi guys, just looking for a bit of guidance regarding my training plan, its pretty intense i know, iv just tweaked it here and there to give it its current format. i have been on this for approx 5 month, so its not gonna be a massive shock to the system.
Stats: age 31
traaining exp 5 years
goals: get stronger, bigger and leaner
its microsoft word format so i can regular update it.
