    I'm pretty sure Mach does. He has helped me with DC. Not trying to answer for you (mach), but I think baseline wants to know if you use the same training to make sure he can keep using it thru weeks 15-19 and blast hard.

    I would blast with DC during your cycle, and return to volume-type training during your PCT.

    I'm not saying you can't use DC in your PCT, but I've had good results with the above method.

    I agree.

    I also dont think training beyond failure is wise during PCT (cortisol springs to mind and over training).

    my question is;

    Should i cruse for the duration of my PCT?

    Im going to be training DC style
    Wouldn't you want to gain weight first(muscle gains) for the first 6 wks and then lean out (to take advantage of the fresh receptors)

    ?

    Weeks one to six is a prime, no AAS will be used for the exact reason you mentiond above

    Priming and then blasting will produce some really decent gains, just make sure you prime long enough 6-8 wks and attack the prime via carb cycling, try and work off your maintenance diet then springboard into your blast cycle for gains.
