Hows my 4 day split look?
Hey guys
Wondering what you thought of my 4 day split...
i eat surplus of 200 calories above maintenance on workout days
and i eat 200 deficit on rest days which equals weekly maintenance
MONDAY - CHEST/BICEPS
TUESDAY - REST
WEDNESDAY - LEGS
THURSDAY - SHOULDERS/TRICEPS
FRIDAY - REST
SATURDAY - BACK/TRAPS
SUNDAY - REST/HITT CARDIO SESSION IF BODY FAT INCREASES

Personally I would put Triceps with chest on Monday, biceps with back on Saturday and put traps with shoulders on Thursday, best luck

I'm doing the exact same 4 day split and I love it and have seen great results
