What look or type of body are you shooting for?
I am sure most on here want to look like bodybuilders but I was wondering if anyone else felt differently.
What is your ideal body?
Me personally I dont want to look like a bodybuilder. I would rather look like an athlete, such as a sprinter. In all honesty I wouldnt mind looking like a model for Mens Health, yea I know they arent very big, but that look is very pleasing to most. Anyway, whats your goal?

Not to big, I thing that most of the chicks don't like that monster look. I'm 6"1 and I*m looking for that "fit" look. Want to be about 86-90 kilos. and the body fat percentage less than 10 %.

I've been mostly about 160's, but I want to get huge and a bodybuilder type body, but I also am moving onto Jiu Jitsu so I need to keep limber.
I'm 5-10, and was shooting for 200's by July (I get hitched July 4th), but I f'd my cuff up and got stuck at 180. now I'm looking to get cut up now, and then start over again in oct.

Well call me gay, lol, but I like the fitness look over the bodybuilder look.
Thats what I gear my training around. Once I find a diet that works well for me I will be close to that. Once I reach that goal I will probably try to put a few pounds of lean mass on(5-10lbs) then just try and maintain it. Right now I am 5'5" 175lbs and 12%ish bodyfat. I want to drop down to 6-8% bodyfat for summer which will most likely put me at 150 or so, then I would like to get my bodyweight back up to around 170-175 and around 8-10% bodyfat for good.

i am 6.1" 250 lbs and i will do the impossible to become 280-290lbs lbs with 10-12%bf i like the type of brock lesnar body realy big and strong

tryin to get a solid look, im 5'11 rite now and want to get weight up to 200-210 with bodyfat no more then 8%, already got the bodyfat where i want, just need about 40 more pounds.....

Well actually that wont happen.
Im just gonna keep on trainning naturally, and see how far i can push myself. Im only 17 now, so i still have a lot of time to grow.
190 ripped would be nice, one day
And i've set my self a goal to bench 275 for 6 reps within the next 1-1 ½ yrs. One thing i've always desired

It never stops...when I started I weighed 230 with VERY high bf%, dropped to 180lbs...thanks to the good ol' US Navy. Than hit 200, wasn't happy, hit 220, still wasn't happy. Decided 240 was where I wanted to be, well I'm at 244 and now want 260.

been fluctuating from 222-226 the last two weeks around 12% bf...6'3...would like to keep most of my size now but define my abs more.

When I started serious lifting I was 175. I wanted 185. Then I wanted 195, then I wanted 205 then i got to 215 and didn't know what i wanted... I think I am getting satisfied being 215 with 10% bodyfat at 5'11''
but, 225 would be nice...

10lbs more for me.....muscle that is.. Bodyfat at 10%- 12% I think is a good look for a gal.
