    My vote would be yes, drop the fst 7 when you are going for the HIT style training which are rest pause and forced reps.

    Im not sure what to start out with? Straight bar curcls, and then dumbells, and then hammer curls?

    I have been training DC for two months (3 times a week) and after my next cruising phase I will continue it with a lot calories.. I will start my first cycle in late january or early february and just wondering should I keep training with this method or change it for more hypertrophy-based program?? I'm after size so the strengh gains that DC will give me is not -so- important.. Has anybody anything to say about training DC while on cycle?? I'm just curious because I want to get the most of my efforts..
