Designing the Perfect Bodybuilder
I think this thread will be fun, check and it out post up your ideas if you like.
If you're like me, and most of you are, you've got lots of obligations, not to mention personal desires that sometimes get in the way of our training, our diet, taking our supps, paying for training, memberships, gear, etc. We need to work. We need to spend time with family. We go out drinking and don't make it to the gym the next morning. We can't afford that gear. We can't afford personal training. We don't have time for cardio. We only can make it to the gym 3 days a week.
But what we didn't have any limits imposed on us?
Let's say you had a guy who was athletic, in perfect health, 26 years old, and wanted to become a serious bodybuilder. Let's also say that he's wealthy and doesn't have to work, can buy any supplement he wants, has no limits on time or anything of the sort. He can do any combination of split routines, train any time of the day, any day of the week, and so on. He never tires of training, never sleeps in, never misses a meal, never breaks his routine. Basically he has nothing to do but bodybuilding.
How would you design the PERFECT bodybuilder?

Gotcha, I guess I left that pretty open. What I really meant was how would you design this guy's LIFE? What would his daily/weekly routine consist of? Based on no limits of time or any other obligations, what would his workout look like, when would they be, how many splits, how would he eat, when would he rest and for how long, etc.
For example, I've heard that it's beneficial to go to sleep immediately after your post workout meal for a few hours. However most of us can't do that unless we work out right before bed...
