Starting to Lift !
Hello,
I am a 19 year old who is looking to start to lift more consistently and seriously.
5'9
174-184(depends)
20% bf approx. (can still see my abs)
I need to know all that there is , looking to tighten chest , widen back etc. supplements... I am like for that cut sherdded look not so much mass
(maybe start gear)

OK YOU ARE NOWHERE NEAR READY TO STARTING GEAR..
If you CAN see your abs you are not @ 20% Bodyfat. Id post up pics personally. The guys in here can give a close guess. (+- 1 %)
Ok lifting alone will not give you a 'cut shredded look'. This all comes down to DIET and CARDIO. I would recommend posting your current diet in the diet forum and again letting us critique it.
Add your current workout out too (if you have one).Look at all the stickys and research. Guys on here are excellent for helping but wont do all the work for you.
Supplements will do absolutly nothing without the correct DIET and TRAINGING. Diet is 80% of the game fella. Get that rite first.
Come back to me if you dont no were to start....

Ok I have to look for it and ill post it here but Damien wrote it up... im sure he wont mind if i paste it... pretty much how to diet! Firstly go watch milos sarcev secret of the pros nutrition... its one of the stickys in the diet forum.
