    Days on days off schedule

I am 32 and getting back into working out. I am in a job now that only allows me the option of working out mon-thurs. My question is will these limitations stop me from seeing gains by not resting in between workouts or having to long of a rest period?

your gentetics will play a bigger role in that one extra day.

So to better understand you I would not be hindered by not taking that day off in the middle of my workout week mon-thurs?
