workout volume differences - on cycle, during pct, after pct

Just wondering what workout volume you guys use during these periods.

I did 14-16 sets per bodypart on cycle, and reduced it to 9 sets during pct. I am now done with pct, and was thinking about raising my volume to 12-14 sets per bodypart.

What do you guys think? Does this sound good, or should I do something different?

    Imo I think your overtraining...badly.

I do 6-8 sets for large muscle groups(on and off cycle)
And 4-6 sets for small muscle groups.

The reason I don't add extra sets while "on" is because I add more intensity. I lift heavier(4-6 reps) on everything. That's always how I lift, works for some and not others.

D much respect I'm glad that works for you bro but I dont think most people would agree that 12 sets a week for back, shoulders, legs etc. is overtraining. Maybe for arms, but I'll be the first to admit that I've had a hard time finding a good bis/tris program. I also stay in the 8-12 rep range, maybe dipping a little lower on big compound moves.

If anybody else thinks I'm wrong then feel free to chime in, id love to hear some feedback! But that would mean pretty much everyone I know, including some big mofos, has been overtraining.
