    Measuring your body weight

Sometimes I weigh my self in the morning, after I urinate and poop

Other times, I weigh myself after doing cardio. I notice I weigh less after cardio because I have sweat off a lot of water.

Which method is probably more accurate?

You will notice that you’re body changes during the day, you get shorter as the day progresses, and you get wider. So if you try and compare measurements from the morning to afternoon measurements, you won’t be doing yourself any favours, and the numbers will be useless. mornings as the best time to weigh yourself, your body is the tallest and smallest it is all day after sleep.
Your stomach expands during the day, processing food, and just eating puts on weight, water and size. In the morning because it’s empty its at its smallest, so this is the best time to check your weight it’s a good idea to stick to the same time that you used when you were losing weight.Dont check your weight to much once a month is fine, Again choose the same time each time you do it morning or night so you obtain accurate measurements
The whole point to weighing, or measuring yourself, is that you’re consistent with it. Stick to the same time, whatever suits you best.

Be consistent, that’s what matters most. In terms of your most accurate weight, morning after you wake.

X2^^^ and if you way yourself daily I would still pay more attention to weight loss over the duration of say a week for progress. to easy to very day to day.

I tried a test to see if you are really shorter at the end of the day. Right before bed I stood against the wall and put a piece of tape at the top of my head. In the morning I came back and checked. Sure as shit I was an inch taller.
