Question Is what im doing going to show me results ?

Ive been doing gym work off and on for about 2 years but am now getting serious with it, i have quite a lean body type and am 6'3, i train my pecs and lats at least 3 times a week and biceps and triceps two times with in the isolation way, then in between them and on the same days as my chest and lat workouts ill do my others like abbs legs traps shoulders and lower back.

    Chest: Incline dumbell press 4x8
    Decline dumbell press 4x8
    Flat dumbell press 4x10
Dumbell flyes or cable cross overs i vary.. 4x10

Lats: One arm dumbell rows 4x8
    Lat pull down 4x10
    Seated cable row 4x12

    Biceps: Concentration curls 4x10
    Dumbell curls 4x8
    Barbell curls 4x10
21 (7 reps lifting to elbow, 7 reps from above elbow then last 7 all the way) barbell curls

    Triceps: Tricep pushdowns 4x10
    Tricep overhead extensions 4x8
Dips or overhead raises.. usually 4x10 or 8

i work abbs every other day and work my shoulders, traps, lower back and legs about twice a week.

i take creatine and water before and during my workout and just a protein shake after my workout, majority of the time i work out at night. i also try to do cardio twice a week. oh and to add, ive never had a six pack only the top to have been a little visable, though i do work my abbs quite hard with a range of all different exercises targeting obliques upper and lower but still no results!

Can anyone help or suggest anythin different? or do i have to be patient :/

You sound like your over training to me, try working your bodyparts once per week with more intensity using compound movements and if your concerned about your abs you will need to re-design your diet so you burn more bf.

Your over training so you wont build any muscle with your current routine, if you train each body part once per week and increase the intensity you will build, recover and progress with your training. You also need to adjust your diet to your needs otherwise you wont build any tissue.

Yes, what you are doing right now is ridiculous- remember the definition of insanity is "Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results".

Also, 90% of gains (whether it be weight gain or weight loss) that you make will be based around your Diet.

A lot of people say this, but when it comes right down to it its 50/50 when it comes to building muscle. If you are not eating enough you won’t make gains, but in the same stance if you are not training properly (sufficient overload/progressive overload) you will not make gains either.

I think that statement holds a lot more truth when it comes to someone trying to lose weight.
