    Lats workout! uneven growth

hey guys. ive been noticing that my left lat feels weaker at the gym then my right lat. specifically when im doing bent over dumbell rows, i can get a great contraction and feeling in my lat on my right side, but when i switch to my left, i dont feel that contraction and squeeze of the muscle. specifically i do wide grip pull ups, lat pull downs, bent over DB and BB row. i really need help, dont know what im doing wrong!!!

stand in front of a mirror and start practicing front and rear lat spread poses, this will allow you to know how the muscle feels flexed vs. not then once you can control your lat flexibility you will be able to have a better exercise

This helped me with my lats and traps, its not for everyone

Dead lifts will even it out as it forces the lats to do the same work together . Barbell rows you tend to pull more on one side more than the other .

that sounds good and same for the other exercises and for the low rows do you pull the handle to your lower abs?
