I'm new to anabolics and looking for some advice. I purchased the Xtreme speed stack from the sponsored website on this forum. I am 35 years old and I am a soldier. I love PT but I want to gain more explosiveness with out a crazy size increase. I am short and stock already and easily pack on muscle and fat so I need to always balance my diet. I need to run, run, and run some more to keep my body fit to pass the APFT each year. I understand the strength training to failures to build muscle that most people talk about on this forum to build mass. I want to build speed, strength, and endurance. I change my workout routine a lot. I use P90X, I run with a weight vest and without, I do weight training.

My question is how should I cycle anabolics into my workouts to get results?

Are anabolics only good for weight training?

Will anabolics be effective for cardio?
