    3 days a week workout

Between my job and college i barely have time to workout 4 times a weeks but im sure i can do the effort for 3 days a week.

So something Id please like some recomendation of 3 days a week workout, my goal is to gain muscle I,m a hardgainer and i know diet is important too (will be placing my diet later on when i have time, but its aprox 3700-4000 calories) right now id like to see some workout plans for 3 days that could help me, i dont use steroid or any kind of gear, my only suplement is protein shake all other is clean food,no fast food and my goal is to grow from 150lb to 175 , 2 lb a month is a great deal for me.

    Thnaks.

I was in that spot a couple times before in my life. I did somewhat of a full body workout 3 days a week. It included bench press, deadlifts and leg press on days 1 and 3. On 2nd day i worked delts, arms and calves. It wore me out at first but i ended up really enjoying it. Just something to think about.
    Good Luck

if only 3 days then full body is a must, but delts, arms, and calves isn't even close to full body.
    Try day1 squat/bench/row
    day 2 squat/overhead press/deadlift
    day3 squat/bench/row
