One arm bigger than the other :(
Hey guys as the title explains I have a big problem! The right arm is significantly bigger than the other. I am of course right handed. I don't see why there so different. Is it as simple as I'm favoring one more than the other when doing my exercises? What can I do to start fixing this? Should I throw in an extra set of dumbbell curls but just with the left?
Here's my typical arm exercises
Triceps
Barbell skull crushers supersetted with close grip bench of same weight. 4 sets
Two handed behind the head extensions 4 sets
Quick set of rope cable extensions. 1 set
Biceps
Close grip chin ups to failure 3 sets
Either barbell curl or spider curl 4 sets
Seated incline alternating curls 3 sets
Anything I can change so lefty isn't living in rightys shadow?

This must be the problem! Working my right too much outside of the gym haha
Honestly I have no idea how to post pics and I have no comp. I do this all off my phone. I wouldn't say it's a ridiculous difference but if you know it's there it's noticeable. Probably wouldn't laugh if you saw me walking down the street lol but it's definitely bigger than the left. Anyway any idea what I should start doing to fix this? Maybe focus on the left a little more then switch to just using dumbbells instead of barbells? I dont know just looking for some ideas or maybe first hand experience...?

I had the same problem with my traps, one side was slightly bigger then the other which stood out to me as I was looking for it, but now I tend to try sticking to more single arm exercises so that both sides work equally and the stronger side doesn't do the majority of lifting.

Lol. Alright thanks for the help guys. Think I'll try using dumbbells a little more to make sure both arms are getting equal attention.
