    training too much?

Hello, just a question on the way I'm training.
I'm about to start a new cycle of test 400 and d-bol, I read everywhere and always been told to have rest days, but was wondering if I could get around this by concentrating on one body part a night, say chest mon, legs tue arms wed shoulders thursday and back friday and maybe the w.end off or some core work and light cardio over the week end?
Any help would be great thank you

Mate, no offence, but if you don't know the basics of lifting why are you touching AAS?

just started a old programme i tried a while back the steve adele 8 week programme, i had alot of good gains fromn it the last time.
207 pound, not sure on current body fat i never carry alot of fat.
my current diet on a usual day, i would have my mass matrix shake firt thing in morning, then 10.30 have 6 egg whites (2 yolks) scrambled, 1.30 2 large chicken breasts, witrh either mash or rice, or a couple of tins of tuna with something, pre work out some oats, post work out mass matrix shake, then last meal would usually be stake and veg and rice or something along them lines? i try to vary my diet but still get alot of good food.

Even though you are working different bodyparts, your CNS is taking a beating.

    M: Chest

    4 Sets of flat Bench
    s sets of incline

    T: Legs/Arms

    etc......

How long we could assume a reasonable recovery for CNS after an intense workout?
