    FST-7 training thoughts

    Anyone know much about the FST-7 training system?

    Short rest intervals for 7 sets (30-45) seconds. Which ever movement is used is an isolation. Between sets u flex that muscle or stretch it, alternate the two. If anyone knows more about it buzz in plz or correct me if I'm wrong
