weighted crunches & hanging leg raises enough for abs?
3x8-12 heavy weighted crunches
3x8-12 hanging leg raises
2x a week
do you think it is enough if i do deadlifts, rows, squats, chins

yeah i do very little for abs
like you say they get worked indirectly through other exercises
but genetics and low bodyfat are main factors here
when i say genetics, some people need to hammer abs, others dont
just wait and see what works for you, if you feel you need more then do more
but i do like to do some side bends and side planks for my obliques

I don't do abs much either. Mainly cable pulldowns both seated and kneeling and some incline crunches.
Here's some good ab exercises to check out:

I need to do some of these myself....

I also don't do much for abs.
Like DanB said - body fat and genetics are the biggest factors.
You shouldn't have to do any more than what you listed. Change it up if you get bored.
I personally do 25 Toes-to-Bar and 25 Hanging Crunches. With a db between ankles. 1-2x/wk.
