    Cadio and strength training

My question is when would the best time of day or time gap to give yourself between your daily cardio session and ur strength training session so as to not diminish your performance during your strangth training?

I do fasted cardio first thing in the morning and do my lifting in the evening. However, there's a lot of guys that love doing HIIT cardio and they'll normally do it right after lifting. It's really depends on what type of cardio you're doing and your personal preference!

    This claim is completely untrue.

As a matter of fact, you will be regenerating the muscle fibers that you had torn during weightlifting by pumping blood, which transports all the oxygen, glucose, amino acids to the fibers, hence promoting growth.

You will loose weight from stored water and fat, which is why some BBs assume that cardio after weight training hinders gains. These fools usually claim the same for the use of moderate dosages of AI during cycles (that it would hinder gains), but they could not be more wrong.
