    Tired (cardio)

    Hey Bros,

I have been doing cardio to get leaner and it has been working great! Diet is as clean as possible, round 2500 cals a day.
My issue is that lately I have been feeling a bit sleepy. At around 10:00 am I take a litlle 20 min nap.
The rest of the day I still feel sleepy!
Anyone had this issue as well .? and what suggestionsvdo you guys have?

    Thanks in advance

What's your sleeping pattern like? Do you get up early for fasted cardio? Diet low in carbs?

My sleeping pattern is for 7-8 hours of sleep. After the sleep I get up early and do 30-45 mins of fasted cardio. I also try to keep my carbs low!
I feel that carbs get me fat and therefor I kind of try to avoid them! Might be a mistake from my behalf!

Fasted cardio every day? Post lifting too?

It may just be your body's way of adapting to a substantial increase in workload all of a sudden.

Where in your diet are your carbs based?

Im not lifting much! I practice MMA.....lately I havent done much MMA, just light cardio keeping a bpm of 130.
My carbs are in morning till noon, after that I try to keep my carbs low!
Should I keep doing fasted cardio or should I eat something firts?

Fasted if you are cutting. Your MMA is interval enough training. Im guessing it's just your body telling you it's tired.

Downside of a cut with extra cardio-hunger and tiredness. If it doesn't resolve maybe drop a day here and there when you are really struggling.

By droping a day , you mean to rest a day or two?

    One thing I have noticed!
For about 2 weeks I was feeling fat and bloated. It was horrible!! This due to my new habbit in proper diet! Before I would underfeed and what not.
Anyways, Eventhough the bloated feeling I kept steady on the cardio.
Up to this week I feel way much leaner.
My pants and shirt feel looser!
The change Went from one week to the next! I guess im on the right track!
All I have to do is keep eating clean in order not to loose much muscle!!

Rest whatever your body is telling you too. If you miss one day of fasted cardio you are likely only missing not burning 400cals. But don't use that as an easy excuse to not do it
