    Glutes, Hams, and Quads

    Hey guys,
Looking for some input on creating LOTS OF MASS in the lower body...
Anybody have a solid go to routine that you wouldn't mind posting?
Looking to add SIZE to Glutes, Hams, and Quads in that order. Any help is much appreciated

Familiar with the protocol... I guess I'm searching for something new.
Any unique regiments that people have experience with that will help me achieve my goals?

lunges, squats (sumo, feet close, normal foot stance), leg press (changing foot stance), hamstring curls, calve raises (seated and standing), plyo-ie I'd switch my cardio if youre doing any to plyo

Try this... Well work up to this.

    Leg curls 20,20,15,15,10
    Leg ext 3x20
Leg press 10 with feet close and at the bottom, 10 with feet shoulder width apart and in the middle, 10 more with feet wide and high, 30 leg press valve raises. So that's one set. Do this for 3 sets.
Smith machine squats full ROM 20,15,10
    Leg curls 4x20
    Seated calves 4x20

Master that. Take your time stretching in between sets and DO NOT WORRY ABOUT HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOU CAN USE.

    Thank you.
