One trap bigger than other
Have a friend who has a great left trap but absolutely no right trap. I advised him to do heavier barbell shrugs with the right anymore advice anyone can offer? Thanx in advance

I have the same problem. With mine the left tap is noticeably longer and more defined. I dunno I'd I can correct mine. I read somewhere that stenosis can play a part. I dunno I'd I have stenosis but I can't really put it down to anything else.
