Weighted ab exercises. Twice a week i do abs; I always include sit ups with 70-110lb DB's on my chest, or do inverted oblique twists with dumbbells

Also...from the pull up rack, grasp a dumbbell between your feet and do knee raises

Progress was slow for me for the longest time until I started doing my ab workouts weighted. That's when I started seeing changes.

Try doing the hanging leg raise. Go to a pull up bar, pull yourself up halfway and stay there, then pull your knees into your chest using your core.

For me, aside from weighted workouts, that has been the best exercise and targets more core muscles than most other workouts

Ever heard of toes to bar? Hang on a chin bar, straight legged as possible and bring you legs up and touch your toes to the chin bar. Works the entire core and its fvcking awful but it works the entire core, even those deep muscles. You have to be flexible though. I do alot of twisting plank variations as well. Weighted legg raises are also the bomb.

Abs just come down to diet

Ubcan build them up but personally I prefer to keep the waist tiny and stomach flat

guys in the 70's train them every day. usually as a separate work out like a am/pm slit.

Weighted crunches and other ab weighted exercises are myth-ed to making your waist line bigger.

ill stick with my 400 roman chair sit ups.

not everyone has perfect ab symetry, and if you have ugly abs you would rather have a flat tummy and narrow waist then a big six pack.

How is it a myth.... Build muscle around your waist and it will be bigger.... Build obliques thicker and it will be even worse

I believe if your doing heavy compound lifts (dead, squat, overhead press etc...) your getting plenty of overall core work...

If you want then add some abb exercises but focus on training abs only.... Keep it to body weight and squeeze the abs... If your trying to heave weight around using your core, you will be training obliques heavily and they will grow... Which IMO is not a good look....

    Jay cutler for example

It's not that great at all in this pic.... I was dieting naturally and was flat and lost size as well as fat...

It's a small waist that makes it look so wide

^^^agree with this. I stopped training obliques because I am going for the slim waist look.

Cuz I want to look like my chest and back is way too big for my body....

Looking good is an optical illusion and I like the way a tight wast with little muscle looks compared to a muscular waist...

Just a personal preference thing I suppose....

But about 190... 14%BF, 5'7"?..nnot been on gear for 6 months now

I plan to get to 10% BF and then grow slowly from there... Keeping BF below 12% year round....

I Respond well to AAS but have realised that gains on gear don not stay.... My body just loves being where I am now.... It's just my set point I believe.... No matter what I do I will stay here or just get fatter when trying to grow

I'm naturally lean and a small guy so keeping bf down has me has been easy, shit I ran Humalin R and gh for 6 months and gained 10lbs of muscle and dropped 2% bf.

10% at 225 is my goal. 3 cycles planned out

    Test depo, test prop, Anavar

Test enth, test prop, primo, tbol

Cut mix oil based only, no orals
    150mg prop/tren /mast ED

Within the next two years...I put on 40lbs last year with a short test cycle and a year and half of GH and then 6months of that was just 10iu of slin and GH ED, no gear, which I gained another 10lbs so I went from 190-200lbs in 6 months with a 2% drop in bf even using humalin r at high doses..I dont think its to much to ask..I have good genetics, stay lean and hold onto all my gains..I never lost a single lbs getting of test or the GH. Even when I went through my E2 Crash for 2 months. still at 200lbs and 14%..I really dont think its to much to ask considering my history.
