    How do I make them bigger?

    Muscle ink's do not pop out as much as there is no fat in his abdominal area. Its shredded. By your picture op you look to be around 11-12% bf imo. If you were 9% it would be a big difference imo

    GB is right. When I shred I cut carbs way out. Usually a cup of rice a day and that's it. It throws your energy off for heavy lifts but that and fasted cardio with drop bf like nobody's bidness.

    When that pic was taken we used calipers and tested bf at 7-8%

    I'm bulking now and trying to keep the gains lean and dry but I've also picked up some PPAR compounds (see Atomini's thread/log) since I expect some water and bloating from my cycle.

    In answer to your question about frequency of ab work: 3x a week with my lifts and once on weekends during fasted cardio for the ultimate bf burn. My ab sets are minimum 2 routines (superset), usually 3, with 6 sets, 20-25 reps per routine.

    Kinda like my routine but I do 10 reps of different variation or wight... What bf do u sit at on your bulk?

    Depends on how quick I bulk, how much weight I gain, the choice of gear. On my current cycle I'm shooting for 225lbs and I've never broken 200lbs (I've been at 200 on a dirty bulk). I'm sitting at 12-13% now but I still have about 23 more pounds to go and I'm adding some bulking agents to my cycle for 30 days minimum. That's why I'm hoping the PPAR compound will keep my bf in check or even lower it.

    Just got it today. Starting tomorrow AM. I have 180mls total. Planning on 3mls daily (15mg) for 30-60 days. I'm going to evaluate my progress at 30D and decide if I should do another 30 or keep it for later.
