my thoughts exactly. it does kill me though to see guys just slightly bouncing the weight and they have nice looking calves

by now, i'm sure everyone is familar with the seated legg press machine. and the noise it makes when some "up and coming" decides that they are going to bounce the weight for 30 reps, then his buddy does it, and his buddy does it.....
it gets' noisy as shit.
or is it a way for the attention whores to get noticed?

Don't forget the grunts these douche's are making...it gets quite noisy and yes it's for attention. I can't help to laugh because it never fails they load up the leg press and set the bump stop at its highest point so at most their coming 1/2 of the way down and yet they can't figure out why they get no growth!

Use a foam roller to release fascia tissue. You use your calves a ton
