    dead lifts and legs

Im wondering how many people do dead lifts with legs or with back. I have always done this with back but i have noticed people doing them with legs. I wanna know if one way is better then the other or what people prefer.

Deadlifts for legs primarily for me. But heavy deads work the entire back side. RDL's are legs and lower back. But use deads as a leg day.

i started doing some accessory leg work after deadlifts. Saturdays are my deadlift days. i go and hit my deadlift routine and then do some leg press, leg extensions, and leg curls. really high reps, 2 sets of 30 for each exercise. Wednesday is my normal leg day where i hit my squats, box squats, hack squats, lunges, etc. heavy weight, low reps

    I use to do this.
Now on back day I'll do rack-deads to minimise Glute/Hamstring work, and still perform RDL's/Goodmornings on leg day.
I also take 3 to 4 days rest between back and legs workouts.
