So i have a friend of mine and he just recently started working out! His chest compared to his other body parts look really deformed, i assume its his genetics, it kinda looks like the chest is inwards(if that makes any sense) and his ribs stick out because of it, hes low body fat and around 145lbs, im currently showing him how to bulk properly.

Because his chest is lacking and behind everything else, do you recommend maybe he should hit the chest twice a week?
