Training routine while losing bodyfat
I am currently on a low carb diet trying to lose some body fat. I lift 5 days a week, body part a day,in the evening, with fasted cardio 5 days a week at about 35-45 mins in the morning. Do you guys still lift heavy during low carb diets or higher reps. Just trying to get some ideas and suggestions. Thanks
I am not on a cycle yet but will be starting one in couple of months.

You ought to lift as heavy as you can so that you maintain LBM to the highest possible extent while loosing BF.
You won't feel anywhere as versatile during your lifting sessions while cutting, which is a fact.
