    Undulation ropes ???advise

    Got a question .. I'm fixing to buy some

    I'm
    6'5"
    Large hands
    I want to make sure I buy correct length and size
    Should I get 2" or 1-1/2 and from end to end will 50 foot be enough so if I fold in half that's 25 per rope while using ... Anyone use these here ? Thoughts ?
    I will be beginner for sure never used before

    While I've never used them, the ones I've seen for sale are 40' and 50' feet long.... and thickness is either 1.5" or 2" . I'd go with the 2" if you have big hands....u can always shorten the length of the rope to make the exercise easier if necessary. Let me know if you end up really liking it....

    I will ... Yeah I planned on 2 inch .. I just wasn't sure on length ...

    I would go with as high as your gym/house/warehouse will allow. (Obviously dont fall)
    If your hanging it for a pull up and down routine (its killer) then buy ones with hooks on the end so its secure to hook to metal.

    I think he is talking about where you lay them on the floor and grab the ends and hold with arms semiextended then move the hands up and down rapidly so that the rope undulates like a snake except top to bottom instead of side to side.
