    Unhappy Looking for a workout partner in Singapore

    Honestly I do not know where to put this post.

    I am from Singapore and have been surfing this forum for over a year.

    Been natural for 10 months. Training is tough as I have reached a terrible plateau and I do not know how to overcome it.

    Like to look for a hardcore/aggressive bodybuilding pal in my country...

    Training 4 to 5 times a week.
