Rookie question of the day
Ok so... Not gonna bore you with a story but I'm getting back to the basics... Push-pull-legs routine. Needing a little help on how many sets for each body part I should be doing? I've researched the Internet and only get routines from others... I want to build my own that works for me just want some guidance. Thanks for any input...

Honestly depends on what you're training for. For bodybuilding, I'd be doing about 6 sets per bodypart with relatively high reps. For powerlifting, I'd be only doing 2-3 with substantially lower reps.
