I would love to have Platz's legs. However, I'd just settle for his ankle and hip flexibility.

if you want to work them twice why not do your normal leg day then on back day, once your done deadlifitng hammer out some front squats, paused olympic squats or bulgarian split squats, all 3 smash quads(good accessories for deadlifting) and finish up wit the rest of your workout.

20 and still learning yes, but i have no interest in bodybuilding. Its not really a matter of my view, it is about what works and how muscle fiber reacts to certain types of training. Its not my ideas im expressing here, this small training cycle i mentioned is an example of sport science originated from the most successful training system in the world - The soviet method. A smarter version of the bulgarian system. All rep ranges are not useful, you have to decide strength or endurance. You cant excel at both.
I do speak like a been there and done that before because i have good athletic background in both endurance and strength sports. It is not a matter of how i look, i was a national level junior weightlifter before injuring myself. The comparison you ask for doesn't really apply, you look for size but i look for performance. I could ask if you had ever squatted triple your body weight (ass to the heels with no equipment) but now thats not really a goal that serves any point in bodybuilding.

Ok, I see where you're coming from. Now since you're on google, check out the two names I mentioned. And also re-read my posts. I never said to exclusively train that way. And yes, I can out squat most people, even at my age. The 20 reps I speak of is with 405lbs and are full powerlifter depth squats without wraps. I trained with powerlifters exclusively for a long period of time. It's an easy yes to triple BW squats. I could probably still come close to it at my advanced age, but what do I know, I'm not 20..
Oh, and BTW, here are some current leg pics. I look for both size and performance. I don't care how much you squat if you don't at least somewhat "look" like you can.....
