Question: How to Build an Upper Chest

    Note before reading the following:
I understand that this information is most likely available elsewhere. Here are the two reasons I'm asking this question here:
    1) I trust the guidance of several of the members here over some unknown source with unknown motivation behind their claims.
    2) I am looking to establish my own knowledge, and this is the only way for me to be a part of this community at this time.

    The Question:(two part)
What are the best exercises to build an upper chest? What muscles am I looking to force resistance against?

    Background Information:
I have a "long" chest. The area stretching downward from my clavicle to my nipples seems to just be empty and void of any muscle.
I look at other men's physiques and I struggle to see how I even have a trace of this, almost, slab of muscle in this area.

As always, thank you for your advice and responses!

Drop the flay bench n only do incline for a while. Use dips to maintain ur lower chest until u start to look more "full" as I call it. So many ppl under train upper chest. But it looks so much better when u hit it. My fav are.

    Incline dumbbell press
    Incline flies
Lastly. On ur "cables crossover" attach handles to lowest points (floor). Kneel (use a matt if hard floor) forward of cable connection points so toes directly between the points where cable enters each side. Arms slightly bent u keep that shape through the whole movement. U DO NOT BEND ARMS MORE OR LESS THROUGH MOVEMENT. Simply bring them forward to "clap" at about clavicle to forehead height. At first do this in a mirror to ensure good form and ur hitting the pevtorial minor area. This is an exercise I've never seen and inputted myself as upper chest to lower chest is like the bi's n tri's. What looks better n what looks bigger. You know?

Thank you! I know you didn't say this, but I haven't been intentionally neglecting this area. I just assumed that through lifting more that I would see a change.
Probably a stupid way to go about working out.
I will start to alter my workouts accordingly and we'll see if there is a change.
I understand that to build a chest it takes years, not months, so I won't expect to see anything after one workout haha.
