Help with plateaued lift
What do you guys do when you plateau on a lift?
My close grip bench hasn't gone up in weight or reps for 2 or 3 sessions now. Should I switch out the exercise with another? drop the weight and work my way back up?
Any ideas would be really helpful.
I love the CG bench for tris but I know no progress means no growth so maybe its time for a change.

close grip for your triceps I take it? either way simply replace it with another exercise for few weeks maybe couple of months then back.

You can try drop sets as well
