Shoulders and Chest Back-to-back
Lately I unknowingly got in the routine of doing Shoulders the day after Chest/Tris. I know shoulders are indirectly worked on chest day. Is this bad to continue?
The reason I'm asking before going on a whim and switching it up is due to convenience in my schedule at the gym, and I haven't gotten any aches or pains and luckily no injuries.
Is this something I should stop doing immediately?

if your ant delt is still hurting from the chest workout, then don't do any ant specific exercises. if your rear delts are still hurting from your back workout, then don't do any rear delt exercise.
you can still do mid delt movements.
