3/2/1 Circuit Workout
Any experience with this workout? Basically (3) 10 minute cardio exercises split up by (2) compound weight lifting circuits and (1) core circuit. Done 3-4x per week. Looking to add lean muscle and reduce BF.
Suggestions, tips, etc...?

Bouncing back and forth between cardio and weights does not sound appealing to me.
I dont see any benefits to this type of set up over just a normal workout routine and separate cardio session.
If you want to build lean muscle focus on resistance training and caloric deficient diet.
Do "cardio" if you want health benefits.

This is a basic warm up routing for Track and Field athletes.
Run 50m sprint
Do push ups
Run 50m deer sprint
Do set ups
Do 50m back kick sprint
Do Scorpions
Do 50m front strut sprint
Do jumping jacks
This was then replaced the pushups setups and scorps with weight supersets. As posted above...new age blah blah. if you want lean mass hit the weights. If you want cardio do cardio.
My pops once said. It is better to be good at one thing than to be master of none.
Caveat"""" If you are in it for weight loss heavy on cardio but dont drop the weights.
